  11. Hi Lena, you the kind of lady I would love to invite to a house party, or potluck.
I sure love what you bringing. And that Apple cake is one problem cake I can tell you.
Eat one piece, will lead to, "may I have another piece, please"? Ha ha.

    You have fun, Lena. Lee.

  13. What a fabulous spread Lena! I'll try them all! Your pumpkin chiffon cake is just so disarmingly delicious looking. My old time weakness is soft fluffy cakes like these but never been able to make them as pretty. I've got to practice some more. Cheers!!!

  14. That's an interesting selection of Easter recipe. I especially love the dragon fruit jelly.

Concerning your comment about the cream of tartar, it does not modify the taste, you won't even notice it. Let me know how it turns.

    Happy Easter!

  32. Your apple pie looks so delicious!^^ You topped the pie with apple?! Awesome!

  33. hi alice, yes, unlike the traditional apple pie where you cover the topping with a another crust, this you can leave it open..just pour a little topping which consists of egg, butter, lemon juice on top. you can refer to its recipe by clicking the link.
